Passed hors d’oeuvres: spring rolls, chicken satay, spanikopita, wild mushroom tart/brie cheese

Dinner: marinated flat-iron steak carving station; risotto station (made to order: italian sausage, lump crab, roasted garlic, asparagus tips, crispy pancetta, parmesan, pesto, mushroom, shrimp); vegetable display (raw selection, grilled selection, grilled breads, cream dips, hummus)

Dessert: tiramisu, cannolis, biscotti, chocolate and valpolicellacrema

Beverages: coffee/tea, non-alcoholic beverages, cash bar for alcohol
